Evening Prayer Service
6:30pm @ Pinehurst
Please join us for our mid-week worship service each Wednesday at our Ascension Lutheran campus; these are special services with calm, beautiful, edifying musical settings that have a shortened sermon always focused on the Gospel account for the coming Sunday; the services are usually just over a half an hour long. For the four Wednesdays leading up to Christmas and the six Wednesdays in Lent, these mid-week prayers services between mid-week Advent and mid-week Lenten services, respectively. Women’s Bible Study
10am @ Ascension
Each month on the 2nd Friday of each month we will have a Bible Study on selected topics for the women of our congregation and community. We will alternate having it at Ascension Lutheran or Pinehurst Lutheran church, so,
Door2Door Invites
10:30am
Each month during daylight savings time we will be doing door to door worship invites in one of the neighborhoods surrounding one of our churches. We will alternate each month whether we will be in the Pinehurst Lutheran neighborhood or Ascension Lutheran neighborhood. Contact Pastor Lloyd on any given month to know where we will be doing the Door2Door invites.
Men’s Breakfast Bible Study
10am @ Ascension
Each month on the 3rd Friday, we will have our men’s Breakfast Bible study at Ascension Lutheran Church. We will have breakfast while we study a book of the Bible.
Fall Festival
4pm-7pm
Ascension Campus
Come bring your friends, family, and kids for our Fall Festival held in the huge clearing at our Ascension Lutheran Campus. In addition to the regular fair type games and prizes, we will also have live music by Blaine and Leah, pony rides, a petting zoo, face painting, and plenty of great fall food (including gluten free and dairy free food). Adult Bible Study
5:30pm @ Pinehurst
This Bible study is held on Wednesday nights whenever there is not another Bible Study happening (men’s, women’s, or BBQ). Our Wednesday Bible Study is currently on the book of Joshua. Joshua is a fascinating leader who apprenticed under Moses for half of his life, and though he felt unfit for the task, was uniquely suited to lead God’s people into the promised land.
